Yup. Proboscidea is an taxonomic order that includes modern elephants but also extinct elephant-like species like mammoths and mastodons. Shovel-tuskers are a group of extinct Proboscideans with flat shovel-like tusks that they probably used for dredging swamp water and/or scraping and eating bark.
